In a previous blog post , I talked about my issues that I have been experiencing over the past few years. For those of you who have been concerned about my well-being, I just want to say thank you. I do not take you for granted. I also wanted to give you an update. I have adjusted my medications when I take them. Some I have moved the morning and that has seemed to help a great bit. Also, I have no idea why, but I think a new medication that I am taking seems to be helping as well. I started Wegovy for weight loss, read my posts about that here, and for some reason I feel like it helps me get a better nights rest.

My hips and restless leg issues are still there, but I’m using my massage chair and doing my hot baths. Also paying attention to the position that I am in. When I notice it starting I try another position. Sometimes that can help.

For those of you who are experiencing sleep issues I hope that you find a way to cope. Sometimes these things cycle themselves with good spells and bad spells. I am definitely crossing my fingers that this good spell lasts a nice long time!
